Questions

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. The Free plan is free forever — no card needed. You only need to pay when you upgrade to Pro.

Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard. You stay Pro until the end of the billing period, then move back to Free. Your page and all your content stay intact.

What currency will I be charged in?

We use Stripe Adaptive Pricing — you'll be charged in your local currency at the equivalent rate. European operators typically see around €17/month.

What counts as an "offering"?

Anything you sell or want guests to book: a surf lesson, a guided tour, a product, a table reservation, a charter. If a guest could pay you for it, it's an offering.

How does network discovery work?

When a guest scans a nearby operator's QR code and asks the concierge "what should I do?", your page can surface in the answer. Pro operators get priority placement.
